Incident occurred near St. Francis HS on Route 75. ICE was gone by the time I stopped by in the afternoon. The man who was stopped has asked to not be named. I'm reaching out to ICE for comment. This is as much of the story as we know at this point.

Regarding reports of ICE in Hamburg: ICE agents today pulled over a Native American man around 7:45 AM and demanded to see his ID & later passport. After determining he was an American citizen, he was free to go. No reason given for the stop. Man said he suspects racial profiling
