As East West shear zone moves nortward, both the Arabian sea and the Bay of bengal are likely to spin circulation on 25th/26th . Moderate to heavy rainfall expected over east and central parts of India between 25th to 30th June.

So @Indiametdept is saying as per their policy guidelines , AWS website is restricted to PUBLIC (Not designated users). They cant mention the exact reason at all but want people to buy the data. I am asking real time data & they are saying to buy 🤣🤣
