The graphical leap between early SNES RPGs (Dragon Quest V and Inindo: Way of the Ninja on the left) and late SNES RPGs (Trials of Mana and Star Ocean on the right) will always be amazing. I love old generations for that, feel like we went through 2 or 3 different gens at once.
High-poly 3D model of Koudelka. The left side is the original model that came up from the designer. The right side is the finished model. I gave instructions to the designer and had it corrected up to the smallest details. You can see that the atmosphere is quite different. ☺️
