We’re on a very dangerous path. All power to the voices of reason on both sides.
Adversaries may talk tough but act soft. In this Indo-Pak crisis, the opposite is at play: Each side says it doesn’t want escalation, but neither side is acting like it wants deescalation. That’s because each claims to be responding to the other’s aggressions. Dangerous cycle.
This war is not going to help anything or anyone other than bad faith actors on both sides. Sane heads needed.
