I have a comprehensive trade deadline guide that we’ve been putting together for a few weeks now… stay tuned 👀 Dropping on @just_mets tomorrow.
My mistake was not going to sleep after the Vientos grand slam.
Shoutout to the Mets pitching staff for instantly ruining Mark Vientos’ coolest moment of the season.

Mark Vientos over his last 12 games: .302/.318/.488 with a home run, three doubles, a triple, 10 RBI and three go-ahead hits.
It amazes me that even when they're winning, the Mets have never once had a good streak with RISP at any point this season. Even during their 7-game winning streak (plus tonight) they're only 15-for-71 (.211) with RISP.
A reporter should be embarrassed for… reporting?
I can’t fathom how a reporter who isn’t traveling with the team would write a story about a player being openly discussed in trade talks. Convenient that Martino won’t be in San Diego tonight, isn’t it? #Mets would not leak this, and SNY should be embarrassed.
It blows my mind that ESPN currently employs announcing legends like Mike Breen, Joe Buck & Sean McDonough, and then for baseball they just went with… Karl Ravech.
Mets fans take issue with Karl Ravech’s lackluster home run calls ow.ly/U7rf106h9RN
Juan Soto’s go-ahead home run in the 7th, as called by @MetsBooth 📻
The only teams worse than the Mets with RISP this season are the White Sox & Rockies. Those two teams are a combined 81 games under .500 this year.
Get up, take a walk or preoccupy yourself with a task that doesn’t use that part of your brain. I often feel like most of my creative “ah-ha!” moments come away from my desk at home.
for my creative people, what are some activities yall do when you get burnt out and need to clear up your mind to stimulate new ideas?
The funniest thing about the Dbacks selling their top asset to the Reds is that they’re 3 games apart in the standings.
The #Reds and Diamondbacks have "mutual interest" in a trade for 3B Eugenio Suarez according to @ctrent of The Athletic. Suarez is hitting .252 with 36 HR and 86 RBI. He is a free agent after 2025 - in the final year of the $66 mil extension he signed with the Reds in 2018.
‘Fantastic Four’ was an absolute blast. Retro-future aesthetic was perfect, everything felt fresh & they nailed these characters in a way we’ve never seen in live action. Marvel’s been cookin’ in 2025 🔥
This is such a weird tweet considering that the last two World Series champions (Rangers, Dodgers) did it largely on the back of big free agent signings & the Phillies haven't won jack shit.
Nobody’s done better in free agency than the Phillies. Wheeler, Schwarber and Harper were grand slam signings.
Lmao wait is WFAN just using AI slop in their YouTube thumbnails now? Because there are two Freedom Towers in this picture 🤣

Imagine watching the Mets every night and not thinking that they need serious lineup help.
How’s that for a god damn sign of life?!
The Mets look like a team that are totally incapable of getting out of their own way. You keep searching for any signs of life or momentum and just… nothing.
