I wrote about @DNIGabbard's dangerous deception for @FoxNews. I thought it was important to take facts straight to the lion’s den, and I appreciate that they let me have my say. foxnews.com/opinion/americ…
If this sounds familiar, its because Trump DOJ-appointed special counsel John Durham ran a four year investigation into this already. He charged 3 people and lost two of the cases. Here's his final report: justice.gov/archives/media…
For the good of the country, Senator @JohnCornyn and I urge Attorney General Bondi to appoint a special counsel to investigate the extent to which former President Obama, his staff and administration officials manipulated the U.S. national security apparatus for a political…
Between us @etuckerAP and I have probably read as much as anyone without a security clearance about the 2016 Russia investigation. We look at Gabbard's latest claims and find them unsupported (and in some cases contradicted) by the documents she released: apnews.com/article/gabbar…
Do they actually think we’re dumb enough to fall for this
Glad I’ve continued to keep this binder within reach for so many years

NEW: We uncovered multiple photos of Jeffrey Epstein at Donald Trump‘s wedding. Photos of the pair together earlier that year at an event. And video of Epstein and Trump at the 1999 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. cnn.com/2025/07/22/pol…
I am on a delayed flight and all around me, people are calling their families ON SPEAKERPHONE to complain as if we aren’t all in the same situation SPEAKERPHONE Who does this
The Senate Intel Committee unanimously concluded that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. If there had been some Obama conspiracy, we would have found it. This latest lie is another sad, dangerous example of Tulsi Gabbard trying to rewrite history and erode trust in the IC.
Periodic reminder that the Senate Intel Committee, led at the time by a certain future secretary of state Marco Rubio, concluded this in its comprehensive review of Russian interference in the 2016 election: intelligence.senate.gov/wp-content/upl…
Warner also says Republican colleagues on intel committee say, of developments at ODNI, "'This is awful' -- but they won't speak up. It has been absolutely crushing." He says politicization of workforce and work product makes America "less safe."
.@MarkWarner at @AspenSecurity: " @DNIGabbard testified she would not politicize the IC. She has done the opposite… I’ve had Five Eye partners ask, what the hell is going on. I do believe our Five Eye partners are not sharing as much as they normally would."
Senate Intelligence Committee Vice-Chairman Mark Warner at the #AspenSecurity Forum: “Tulsi Gabbard is not competent to be the Director of National Intelligence." @MarkWarner was responding on stage to a question from @peterbakernyt, who said: "Do you trust @TulsiGabbardDNI to…

Warneradds: “Tulsi Gabbard is not competent to be the director of national intelligence.” He says some of his GOP colleagues on the intel committee agree.
Sen. Mark Warner, just now, @AspenSecurity, speaking about Trump’s budget Director: “Russ Vought is a complete liar. He is not competent to do the job.” Warner and Sen. Chris Coons, denouncing cuts to foreign aid and the State Department. @MarkWarner @ChrisCoons
Pretty weird that Trump said he’d release the Epstein files but is now refusing to.
Sen. Warner, vice chair of Senate Intel, slams DNI Gabbard’s appearance at Turning Point USA Warner says Gabbard broke “decades of precedent” and “is unable to adhere to her oath” “Her claims that she cares about depoliticizing intelligence are incompatible with reality”
Great priorities for the FBI Director. Good thing crime, trafficking, and terrorism have taken the week off!
These people are absolute snowflakes. nytimes.com/2025/07/10/us/…
