A doctor put me on a statin. Thought that might help solve my gut issues. Nah. Turned out it was cancer. So, how about being bold and cutting this list short, before adding things for which a prescription can be written?
Unpopular opinion: Fiber rich plants, lean protein, movement, sleep, GLP 1s, statins, and SGLT2 inhibitors will do more for your cardiometabolic health than dye free Doritos or cane sugar in soda ever will.
Wow. I am updating my profile to 18 year survivor instead of 17 years. I am here to show that early age onset of colorectal cancer can be a long and incredible life. I stand proud as a research advocate to show that the patient voice is important and not to be disregarded.
The weird thing about AIOs to me is that they change so frequently. I just ran a query that showed different results than it did three hours ago. This makes absolutely no sense. How can you trust a system that is so inconsistent?
Get ready to start stuffing 1,000 unrelated keywords into the meta-keywords element again.
Exactly. I’m pretty worried about the conflicts of interest here. What if airlines start paying Google flight a few extra % to push undesirable flights via their Gemini to users?

This was a lesson I learned quickly when dealing with developers, DBAs, and the offshore team that I managed.
sometimes the Indian contractors will ask something that reveals they have had absolutely no idea what you’ve been saying for weeks
I saw Superman. As a big fan of the Byrne/Ordway/Jurgens versions, it was meh. Not great. Not terrible. Superman Returns was better, IMO. Gunn is good with quirky. He could do a Giffen/DeMatteis version of the Justice League. But Superman? Meh.
