CEO Amanda Stewart & PBNI staff attended the Professional Practice Seminar in yesterday. Attendees heard @lawsheffield Prof. Gwen Robinson, @probation_irl Shauna Dempsey & our own Ciaran McAllister along with a panel discussion chaired by @tcddublin Prof Nicola Carr.
From today our Department will operate under our updated title - the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration. This reflects our expanded remit and provides greater clarity on the full scope of our work. We will continue to work for a safe, fair and inclusive Ireland.
💎On Friday May 30, the Probation Service was on hand for the official launch of the Diamond Project at Belvedere Youth Club in Dublin's North Inner City. The bespoke Probation Service-funded project is premised on working with local partnerships to increase community safety.
