There is already legislation to cover this. Do some research.
Protecting believers, not beliefs. For example: bacon pinned to mosque doors, bricks thrown through mosque windows, hijabs being pulled from women’s heads, abuse directed at people because of their religion. All things that have happened to my Muslim constituents.
Water isn’t a free market in the UK, it’s a state-approved monopoly. You can’t switch supplier. You’re stuck with whoever owns the pipes, no matter how bad they are. Meanwhile, they pay dividends while dumping sewage. Something has to give.
