The fact that you are a litigator does not mean you do not understand the landscape of startups, the language of investors or the technicalities around fundraising. Many litigators have provided legal support for businesses, helping them move from ideas to market.

So sorry. Once notice of appeal & stay is filed, serve the parties, file affidavit of service, put in court file. Serve copies of all those processes with the affidavit of service on the office of the deputy sheriff. You gast to guide for appeal otherwise dem go run you street…
Sheriff say dem no serve them b4 they came. Even after we showed them the filed and served processes, they refused to stop 😭😭😭

As a startup company looking for VC’s to invest you will need a lawyer, and not just any lawyer. You need lawyer that actually knows the field, so having a lawyer that is a litigator or real estate lawyer isn’t ideal because essentially that counsel will be going up against
