Junie in PHPStorm is exactly why I automate code reviews - catches what we miss and enforces consistency. AI as a second set of eyes accelerates development.

It highly depends on the language you will use. If you are writing php there is nothing better than @phpstorm

Testing JetBrains' Junie, and I think it's performing well enough. I'll probably use it instead of Cursor, since PhpStorm is my all-time favorite IDE.

Btw about 2 years ago you suggested I move from Sublime Text to PHPStorm. I resisted for 12 months. My renewal came up in May and apart from Laracasts and Laravel Idea, it was one the happiest payments I made. Thank you dude. You changed everything.

Customer asked for a feature at 10pm. @phpstorm Junie completed that task in 3mins ~ish Code reviewed and it was 100% perfect. Deployed to production at 10:11pm Customer delighted and asked me to send him an invoice for $300 to cover my Junie subscription payment this year.…

usually I use a deprecated-phpdoc to mark code which no longer should be used. This doesn't work for parameters though. PHP 8.4 native #[Deprecated] doesn't support it either. TIL: #[\JetBrains\PhpStorm\Deprecated] works for this case.
