First run over 10km since April. Starting and finishing at Grantham Town FC, along the country lanes through Barrowby, Casthrope and Harlaxton plus 3km along the Grantham Canal. Great workout!

PARKRUN 241 COMPLETED - Belton House, Lincolnshire. Kept it simple but really pushed it in the final minute. I made it forty seconds quicker than last weekend. Had a slight glute injury but that didnt stop me. Great workout this morning. 5km in 26-12. #parkrun #run #fitness

Back in beautiful Grantham from crazy two days on the Great North Road. Body is tired. So sitting at home doing the blogs, videos etc.....exciting. Missing the North-East and Scotland already.
