Chia seeds and yoghurt smoothie. I added liqui-fruit to sweeten it cause there’s no fruit. I added bran flakes for fibre🙂↕️🤝 Taste 👌🏽 you need to add a lot of juice , cause chia seeds form a paste in the blender.
