I set aside two hours yesterday evening to try Cursor. I opted for the Pro version. Can a non-developer build an app with Cursor? On a scale from 0 to 10, where 0 indicates basic internet browsing skills and 10 represents a senior software developer, I’d rate my tech skills at…
Non-dev here I've bought into the hype so.. I'm going to try build an app tonight using @cursor_ai Will report back an honest review post tomorrow
thanks to the @boltdotnew team for my hoodie 🙌 and to @MalloryLoar and @Katerade4 for having me on live last week to talk about my hackathon app 💛 can't believe it's Award Ceremony day... GOOD LUCK EVERYONE 🏆🥳

Pretty disgusted at the amount of posts I'm seeing like this about the Tea app and accusing the outcome on 'vibe coders' The breach was traced back to a misconfigured storage system from 2023 and the guy who built Tea studied software engineering at UC Berkeley Users on 4chan,…
There is “I fucked up” And there is “I built an app and accidentally leaked the drivers licenses of thousands of women on the internet” level of fucked up RIP
overthinking kills more projects than bad ideas ever will
started building my next side project with BOLT aiming to ship a one feature MVP in the next 24 hrs to solve a pain point for freelancers + indie hackers
QRT this post with BOLT if you're building rn!
If you've been on the fence about vibe coding now's the time to check it out. Lovable is giving away $100 in credits to celebrate a milestone 👇🔥
Lovable just crossed $100M ARR in 8 months. Faster than OpenAI, Cursor, Wiz, and every other software company in history. Today we're launching a game-changing update, it reduces the error rates by 91%. Introducing Lovable Agent:
the most common mistake non-technical people make with AI isn't lack of knowledge it's waiting for perfect knowledge. experiment and just go with the possibility of failure. you don't need to be an AI expert to build things. just start small and learn by doing.
spent a ridiculous amount of time this morning psyching myself up to use the forgot password option for this app legit had a fear I'd be locked out forever
Weekend goal achieved: ship a small app with one feature. I built GitGotchi to track my git commits👇 What did you build this weekend?
when you're generating code with ai if you feel like you’re prompts aren't working you’re probably missing specifics. let the ai interview you first. start with: "ask 3 questions about my project before you code", it avoids hallucinations and doom loops
AI is a huge unlock for brains that think differently. Not enough people talk about the cognitive productivity boost. If you're neurodiverse the real gift of vibe coding is the mental relief. There's less context switching and less bouncing between tabs so that means less…
So the @Boltdotnew team selected my app for their Demo Day live stream tomorrow... My app is a set of communication tools designed specifically for neurodiverse brains like mine. I built it in 30 days for their hackathon. The fact that they chose it feels like validation of my…
This is the post of 2025 if you're 'vibe coding' or on the fence about learning to code 👇 I use AI and 'vibe coding' as a tool to learn to code and build. Plus I subscribe to @mckaywrigley 's Takeoff lessons. It's an investment you won't regret... I mean learning to code…
I get *a lot* of inbound from 17-22yo trying to figure out what to do bc of AI. My advice: Programming is the API for maximizing leverage in an AGI world. It’s a useful skillset in all fields that takes <20hrs to learn and compounds over time. AI + code gives you superpowers.
Tell me you have ADHD without telling me you have ADHD. I'll go first: Got a new MacBook Pro for Christmas. Still haven’t touched it.
I really hope everyone with ADHD and anyone who's struggled with traditional education gets to experience the same breakthrough I've had with AI and vibe coding
