Just tried Kala Modern Greek for the first time. It's the best "fast casual" restaurant in the city by a MILE. It blows Chipotlé, Cava, and Rōti out of the water. Fast, fresh, fantastic, and fairly-priced. Hoping they eventually open another location in the Loop!
