would hate to be a winged creature flying into this room
Thanks for the music, Ozzy Osbourne - Rest easy
Don't sleep on Jayden Daniels
I'm not gonna do this every time cause my texting fingers would bleed BUT Jayden Daniels won't throw a better pass all camp than the absolute dime to Deebo in the EZ. Over the shoulder with the corner RIGHT THERE. This was his first pass to boot.
I am Team Don't Overpay but McLaurin is tricky because he is everything the org says it wants in a Commanders player. That's got to be worth something. Not sure how much, but it isn't $0
So you would be team Peters
In 1982, Ozzy Osbourne bit the head off a live bat during a concert in Des Moines, thinking it was a toy. The incident, which led to rabies concerns, became a defining moment in his career. wapo.st/418vbhQ

Dan Quinn, on adjusting without Terry McLaurin: "It's part of the business of the NFL. I don't judge it or get to worked up about it. I know Adam and his team, they're working as hard as they can with Terry. ... This happens on teams all over, so the longer you've been in it, the…
Comebacks are driven by game script, variance and team context. If it were a repeatable quarterback skill the same guys would do it every year. They don’t.
Jayden Daniels had 6 comeback wins after trailing in the 4th quarter last season. That’s a skill, not a strategy. @Commanders
Me when @dcsportsbog tries to leave the office for the last time today.
Years ago we were at a random bagel shop at 9am(ish) on a Sunday and eight people in about 15 minutes came up to him to say how much they loved his work. He is DC’s Everyfan. ❤️
Grew up reading @dcsportsbog -- met him during my time in school at UMD and I remember he couldn't believe how much we all idolized him. Revolutionized coverage of DC sports. True🐐
McLaurin indicated last week that he might take this approach, telling reporters that "without any progressive discussions, it’s kind of hard to see how I step on the field." He faces fines of $50K for each day (including today) that he misses. x.com/NickiJhabvala/…
Commanders WR Terry McLaurin did not report to training camp today as he seeks a new deal with the team, per source.
👀
Just talked to @ChmnMendelson on the show. He suggested the past DC opposition of the team moving back into the city while named Redskins had more to do with Dan Snyder than the name. Suggested he would have no problem with DC welcoming the team back with the name Redskins now.
Breaking news: Ozzy Osbourne, the howling singer, madcap showman and self-anointed “prince of darkness” who helped pioneer heavy metal’s thunderous, earsplitting sound as the front man for Black Sabbath, has died. He was 76. wapo.st/3TQivZh
A damn fine journalist. I'm serious when I say I'll never forget when he wrote a sports story about an adult film star and ended it with the line "That's what she said." #legend
Well. Tomorrow is my last day at The Washington Post. It’s been a total thrill.
RIP Ozzy Osbourne. My intro music on @JPFinlayNBCS and @BMITCHLIVE30 is 'Iron Man.' My kid has been singing 'Crazy Train' since he was 2yo. Damn. This one hurts. \m/ \m/
Sad news. @dcsportsbog is leaving The Washington Post, effective tomorrow. I am only allowed one tweet to commemorate his time here so all I can say is I am heartbroken. Feel free to let him know your fav DC Sports Bog moment. He will always be the voice of the fan.
I've said all along this is, IMO, about term. My guess: org offering two years, McLaurin camp wants four. Plenty of room (and time) to meet in the middle. My panic meter starts late August/early September. Week 1 is Sep. 7
As players report to camp ahead of practice this week, GM Adam Peters says Washington could soon come to terms with Terry McLaurin. washingtonpost.com/sports/2025/07…
