Yes, @SocEnvJustice No mention ≠ disproof But consistent lack of evidence to support yr argument from credible sources ≠ meaningless Claims (like blaming LTNs for wider congestion) require positive supporting evidence — not just the assertion that they weren’t ruled out.

I read it, @SocEnvJustice. It says buses slow due to - rise in ride-hailing services - narrowed bus lanes - roadworks - not enough dedicated bus lanes - TfL's slow progress on remedies No mention of LTNs. Borough with the biggest drop in bus speeds, Richmond, has no LTNs. 🤔
