Congratulations Anirban! Well deserved 🙏👏
Hurrah! A hattrick for CBDL. Three years successfully winning OHBM travel award 2023, 2024, & now 2025. @saide_iitj @DBT_NBRC Very pleased to see one more talented grad student @AkhterAzman from our lab winning Travel Award @OHBM 2025.
Excited to announce @AkhterAzman has won the OHBM Travel award @OHBM 2025 @DBT_NBRC @DBTIndia . Proud moment for Cognitive Brain Dynamocs Lab @dynamicdip . We will have 3 posters from the lab in Brisbane @OHBM
Since they don’t make them like that anymore its time ‘we’ start to make them via ‘neuroplasticity’
In 2001, the University Grants Commission of India decided to introduce astrology as a science course in India. Back then, Indian scientists still used to protest this sort of thing and JV Narlikar was one of most vocal. Perhaps this event motivated JVN and his friends to run…

Many thanks @nanchatter This thesis comprise practically all methods to address development of social brain networks in 3-12 years using fMRI and ToM task and also ASD during rest and movie watching
Excited to be part of the Spotlight initiative of @DBTIndia which invites scientists to highlight new technologies or advancements in their research fields. Tune in for next episode on May 3, 2025. More Details on BRIC website.
My young and multi-talented Ashoka colleague, @sudiptatung's work and academic life are covered here.
In the final article of the #JOYI2025 series, @sudiptatung from @AshokaUniversity's Dept. of Biology shares how early research experiences shaped his scientific passion and the challenges of running a Drosophila evolution lab.
Prof. Vivek Verma - Many congratulations!!! You are fabulous.

Moments to be cherished indeed. Congratulations Bhavna and Dipanjan
Very pleased to see one more graduate from the Cognitive Brain Dynamics Lab (CBDL) @iitjodhpur Dr. Bhavna from CSE, successfully defending her PhD thesis on Explainable and Generalized Deep Learning Framework: Study on Atypical Brain Network Development. Some Nice moments 👇
Brilliant news. Hearty Congratulations
Happy to share that our work on brain network dynamics in chronic pain has found a home in Journal of Neuroscience @SfNJournals . Top-down, bottom-up & recurrent brain connections differ in pain and predict placebo response — paving the way for personalized pain care. More soon!
Wonderful news @urssahu Congratulations
Excited to this funding 🙂
Congratulations Dr. Mihir Seth. We are very proud of you
Elated as elder son @mihirseth7 completes his MBBS from the prestigious Pt BD Sharma PGI Medical Sciences Rohtak, India. Indebted to God & all the faculty of PGIMS for laying foundation to become a good Doctor. Although longway to go, 1st step done. Sharing pics of his journey
Congratulations - great going !!
Excited to share our new publication at molecular neurobiology with our collaborator Dr. Bhavani @urssahu @DBT_NBRC link.springer.com/article/10.100…
Amazing work on distributed neuronal recording from human hippocampus in semantic processing (meaning of words) to vector embedding of LLMs
Many people forgot that with the SOM of Prof. Kohonen we could map semantically (mathematically) concepts. But now we also connect neuronal activity to vector embedding of #LLM "A vectorial code for semantics in human hippocampus" biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
Dr. Chidambaram was also very interested in language giftedness and the brain. We had a fantastic conversation on polyglots and pronunciation in Tamil at @DBT_NBRC
Tej Pal Singh and I wrote an obituary of R Chidambaram recently in Acta crystallographica A. Chidambaram was a great champion of structural sciences, he will be sorely missed.
