what was great about using chris' chatbot was that after like 4 interactions I internalized a self-inquiry loop that was helpful with clients and also dealing with my own stuff (like condensed coherence therapy)
It may be possible to create a prompt that automates part of how I help people. Would release the prompt for free. I don't have time to test the prompt for a while, but there's someone I'd hire right now if I had funding. Does this seem like a good idea?
