The Department of Performance Management organized a Balanced Scorecard training for all staff across Departments within the Ministry. The objective was to equip staff with a clear understanding of the Balanced Scorecard approach and enhance their capacity to fill appraisals.




The Ag. Undersecretary MoPS chaired a meeting of Heads of Units-F&A that deliberated on issues affecting the Department.




The Minister for Public Service Honorable Wilson Muruli Mukasa convened the Top Management which considered the MoPS Strategic Plan FY2025/26- 2029/30. Also present was the state Minister for Public Service Hon. Grace Mary Mugasa and other Heads of Department.




The Ag. Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service Dr. Opio Okiror Stephen, chaired the SMT Meeting which evaluated the Annual Ministry/Departmental performance for the previous financial year, among other issues.




The Department of PSIQA held a workshop of Inspectors with different MDAs, including MoFPED, MoH, MoE, MAAIF, MOWE, among others. The key issues discussed included strengthening the use of E-Inspection tools across Government, ensuring the report is produced before 31st August.




The Commissioner Compensation, Mr. Bua Victor, chaired the Ministry of Public Service Pension Fund Task Force meeting at the Ministry boardroom, to present and discuss the Strategies and Roadmap for the establishment of the Public Service Pension Fund.

The EDRMS will enhance information access, streamline processing, ensure compliance, and improve storage. Following the onboarding of 15 MDAs last year, the goal for fiscal year 2025/26 is to onboard an additional 50 MDAs. /2
