Many of the regulations created to tamp down large corporations by the Occupy Wall Street types have in effect helped them by eliminating the competition. Large corporations can afford the cost. Up and coming businesses can’t. Less competition = less pressure to reduce prices.
This Venn diagram illustrates the kind of consensus that this coalition represents. Our enemy is corruption. Not each other.
We must be careful with the language we use when addressing these surrogacy cases. As with the two men promoted on Chip and Joanna Gaines’s new show, many are speaking of this as adoption. It is NOT adoption. It has no oversight. It is purchasing babies, not adopting them. And…
My son and I watched that "South Park" ep last night. Parts were funny and wise ... the end of woke ... seemed almost mournful The Trump stuff? Much of it wasn't based on reality ... so we just sat there, silent. Not funny. Not insulting. Not ... truthful. (Only honest part…
I don't buy the claim that economic factors are the reason young people aren't having kids. People living in grass huts with no electricity or indoor pluming had kids and formed families The lack of kids and family formation is a cultural and spiritual issue, not an economic one
I do not believe the fertility crisis is, at its core, about economic factors. Out of my 20 or so closest friends from Harvard, only two of us have kids at 30. These are all people in top 1-5% of income for their age bracket, extremely privileged wrt job security. They aren’t…
Still the best Fantastic Four movie
we think these four are pretty fantastic
This baby boy is precious. He was just as precious when he was less developed and unable to survive outside the womb. Abortion ALWAYS murders precious babies.

This is probably the biggest fiscal tragedy of the last 30 years. The Bush plan to save Social Security would mean that Gen X would currently be looking at a much more stable and wealthy retirement & the future of the program would not be so uncertain Oh well
Too risky! Cruel to seniors! Handout to bankers! The scare tactics about Social Security privatization worked. We are all much the poorer. | @schneider_cm trib.al/T9VFddT

The Left still doesn’t get it. This is not from Fox News — those young people have coherent and consistent political views. This is the reaction to cancel culture/Me Too/hyper-wokeness. It drove young men to compete for the title of “most based.” This is from bad podcasts.
Political scientists have spent the last 2 decades wondering what the children who grow up being inundated by Fox News propaganda from their parents would end up like and now we know. And they are legion.
The peak of late-night hubris is demanding that corporations and advertisers lose tens of millions of dollars a year so that Jon Stewart and company can shout "**** you" to Donald Trump to "save democracy."
Jon Stewart reacts to CBS cancelling "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and tells corporations and advertisers to "sack up"
This isn’t actually accurate. In 2016, a Washington Post study found that 90% of Native Americans were not offended by the Redskins name. In fact, it was mostly white liberals who were bothered by it.
President Donald Trump is threatening to hold up a new stadium deal for Washington’s NFL team if it does not restore its old name of the Redskins that is considered offensive to Native Americans. espn.com/espn/story/_/i…
Actually, God cares about private property so much that He not only prohibited stealing, He also banned even *wanting* your neighbor’s stuff: “Thou shall not covet.”
Neither God nor Earth created property rights. Capitalism is man-made fairytale bullshit.
Because without them, who would run our universities?
Why Did God Create People He Knew Would Reject Him?
A curious trend is currently dominating the box office charts these last few years, and yet very few in Hollywood seem to be aware of it. Since COVID shut down theaters and brought streaming to prominence, Hollywood's financial standing took a nosedive.… w-j.co/s/17ffc
Hollywood is over. Yearly worldwide box office totals from Box Office Mojo: 2017: $38.3 B 2018: $38.4 B 2019: $39.1 B 2020: $8.6 B 2021: $19.5 B 2022: $22.8 B 2023: $28.1 B 2024: $24.9 B Over halfway into 2025: $11.7 B

Four appearances, huh? For a two-time failed gubernatorial candidate. Do you think perhaps that says something about Colbert?
The news of Stephen Colbert’s late-night show cancellation is disheartening. I’ve been fortunate to appear on @colbertlateshow four different times. Each time, Stephen asked important questions and made sure to make us laugh.
The new documents released by @TulsiGabbard leave no doubt - none - that the @BarackObama White House invented a phony espionage scandal to hang on the incoming Trump administration. The sole question is, why? What idiot thought this would work, that it was a good idea?
If CBS had gone all in on Craig Ferguson like they should’ve, he’d be a beloved household name right now. Genuinely empathetic, pro-American (wrote a book about it!), and, yes, very funny.
"Bad comedians say things to make people clap, not laugh." — Norm MacDonald
Stephen Colbert was so unfunny he killed The Late Show. Great job.
