Kfarchouba was home to 11,000 people—today, only 1,000 are living here. I visited southern Lebanon & met with government stakeholders still grappling with the aftermath of destruction. @WFP continues to work with partners to help ease the burden through food assistance.

#Gaza: Since 27 May, Israeli army reportedly killed over 410 Palestinians who were trying to get food. Killing and wounding of civilians resulting from the unlawful use of firearms constitute a grave breach of international law & a war crime.
