Was wondering if this would happen now that there’s a new coach. Gabel simply did not fit in Kessel’s system and it led to her being used poorly, but she remains an incredibly talented offensive player. Will be interesting to see if Sparre’s systems unlock her potential

The Boston Fleet have announced that they have hired Kris Sparre as the second head coach in team history. Sparre, 38, was most recently an assistant coach with the San Diego Gulls (AHL). This is his first professional head coaching gig.
