New paper & surprising result. LLMs transmit traits to other models via hidden signals in data. Datasets consisting only of 3-digit numbers can transmit a love for owls, or evil tendencies. 🧵
Fictitious listeners of fictitious artists all fabricating fictitious capital
Human cultural replacement. Not just AI music but AI listeners too - a fake and fraudulent way for Spotify to generate Ad revenue. Who needs humans when bots can click on links and trick advertisers into paying for fake engagement.

I miss when Google was good. 😿 Ever since they started introducing AI everywhere the product quality has really fallen. (That's not my IP, it's the Google crawler one.)

👀 We've tested Svelte 5 LLM support on over 30 models, which makes it a bit hard to see which ones are best. The SvelteBench site ( khromov.se/svelte-bench ) now has a top list, and as a bonus you can find the same results at rankedagi.com thanks to @tavlean

Try writing (much) longer prompts. Tell it what you want, how you want it, set boundaries, imagine all the ways it can do it wrong and tell it not to do that. This is why I use dictation btw. Too much writing otherwise
Is it only me that can’t one shot things?
🔴 Big day for Svelte LLM support - Kimi K2 is the first open weights model that writes Svelte 5! Unfortunately it's a 1 Trillion(!) parameter model, so might be a while before you can run it on your laptop. 🫠 All results @ khromov.se/svelte-bench

🏃 Really fun to see people using the Svelte + SvelteKit MCP over at svelte-llm.khromov.se and right now I'm thankful that it all runs on a cheap VPS rather than a serverless host, thanks to Docker and @cap_rover ! 😅

🐦 How does the new Grok 4 fare at writing Svelte 5 code? Turns out it's basically as good as Sonnet / Opus 4! Find all benchmark results here: khromov.github.io/svelte-bench/b… #svelte #ai #llm #javascript

Let's talk about the future of Svelte! Everyone is excited about the recent async and remote functions proposals, but why? Let's explore how data loading works in Svelte today and what problems they solve. youtu.be/NhOV9SLbJuk
App store reviews will humble you. “Love the app. Been using it every day for years. Wish the app icon was green, not blue.” 1 star
Svelte remote functions PR is out and here are the changes. 🔥 I removed things so they fit in a post but I'm going to link to the updates and the PR. 👇
Happy to see that the tide seems to be shifting away from the "React way". Basically every alternative is superior, the future can't come soon enough!
My read on the React alternatives is their primary selling point is better performance through alternative dependency tracking approaches When I look at the APIs they look identical with mostly identical semantics - state thing - effect thing - elements What am I missing?
🔥 New video out! I tested SvelteKit's new Remote Functions RFC! It has granular data loading, optimistic updates with rollback and perfect TypeScript support. The future of SvelteKit is looking amazing! #svelte #javascript #sveltekit youtube.com/watch?v=BID8r5…
🔴 New Svelte video coming out tomorrow! We're going on a deep dive in the new SvelteKit Remote Functions RFC. If you want to read the RFC before then, you can find it here: github.com/sveltejs/kit/d… #svelte #sveltekit #javascript
