Noticing recent criticisms of apologetics. I’d add helpful apologetics always has an evangelical goal. If the audience of your apologetics is primarily people who agree with you, all the better to confirm each other’s biases, then you’re doing it wrong. #CatholicTwitter

Aquinas notes that Ps Dionysius in the Divine Names uses an obscure style and “a dark pen”. One wonders what he might have said about Hegel’s style….
