When there’s demand but no safe, legal access, unfortunately, people still turn to unregulated options. Like colorum transport - no protection, no data, no taxes. Same with online gambling: no regulation means unsafe users, lost revenue for govt, and more scams.
I really don't like Mike Defensor. But he does have a point. I think it's easier to do business if there are smart regulations. Everyone has equal footing.and coming from a labor lawyer's perspective, #LegalGambling also makes sure employees are protected and rights are observed.
