Underrated career hack: Be easy to root for. Show up early. Do what you say you're going to do. Take things off others plates. Stay late. Work weekends. Have a great attitude. Don't gossip, whine, or complain. Be easy to work with and hard to compete against.

I get Chipotle often. When I’m busy, I get it delivered. Otherwise I order in person. When I order in person they always give me 50% more meat than when I get it delivered. Why? Bc It’s harder to get away with bad work when someone is watching. This is why WFH doesn’t work.
