eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated before you track macros, try this: – eat mostly single-ingredient foods – minimize added sugar – minimize seed oils start simple. add complexity later if you need it
if you’re not getting deep sleep… it might be your pet waking you up keep them out of the room or put their bed next to yours
So appreciate you, Joe! You really kept this going and I so appreciate being held accountable! It’s also so nice to have an accountability partner that is so family too 😊
shout-out to @RandallKanna for being an amazing accountability partner a couple months ago, she tweeted about wanting to hit $1k MRR. i replied, “let’s make it happen!” she DMed asking what i was working on - that convo sparked the idea for my wellness program. now we check in…

branding of “the language guy” from college still holding strong 10yrs later next rebrand: health & wellness

this founder coach from @ryancarson is such an unfair advantage i've been using it almost everyday for the last month to build a business on the side i seriously cannot recommend it enough

best things i’ve done for my sleep lately: – dim lights after sunset – phone in greyscale mode – red light bulbs in bedroom – amber nightlight in bathroom tiny environment tweaks → big results
