💰 Just broke $20k ARR. My current goal is to 5x by the end of the year, and I can finally see a real path to self-sufficiency!

I'm trying out some paid promotion for @PoachVC this week: 1) A trial campaign of social media content ($85) 2) Search ads for newsletter signups ($100) 3) Newsletter sponsorship ($400) I'll follow up with concrete traffic / conversion numbers in a week.
It's interesting to see truly unique takes on job descriptions. Anyone have any other examples?
I’m hiring a product designer for Sudowrite. This is a dream job for a designer who loves to write. The beginning of the listing is… a mini therapy sesh for me. You’d think it’d be chill after that. But no, it goes on to talk about our company cult… sudowrite.com/jobs/designer
We made a Mac app that lets you run a bunch of Claude Codes in parallel. Introducing Conductor!
This also means that you can actually use multiple web searches with Sonnet in parallel - otherwise you'd pretty much automatically hit the rate limit.

We're excited to announce we now have a new newsletter for Poach focusing on European founders!
Arbitrary selectors in Tailwind are surprisingly useful when working with component libraries. Things like "[&>*]:bg-red-600" => apply the background to direct children of the component come in handy when you can't modify the underlying component or inject styling.
Had fun at Speakeasy’s MCP meetup last night. There are a lot people experimenting with making it easy to host, discover, and evaluate MCP servers.

Did my first meeting with @meetgranola, super easy to set up and pretty impressed by the quality!
I'm switching @PoachVC from MWF sending to Tues/Thurs. Instead of 2 paid days and 1 free day, each email will be 1/3 free and 2/3 paid. This: - gives free subs a reason to open every email - less manual work (there's no substack api) - should help newsletter conversion rates
