How is watching this lady pile her cart full with taxpayers paying the bill any different than listening to farmers talking about new shops, trucks, and equipment with the $$ when there a FSA payment? Really heard those types of comments a lot when the MFP payments were made.

Many people have tried to fight gremlins and were unsuccessful, so don't feel bad. There's no need to be bitter to those who have taken some serious blows but managed to stay on their feet while fighting gremlins.

Some organizations must not be very proud of the policy their members make. They get a policy "victory," make a post about it, and within a short period of time, it's gone. Who's having a worse couple weeks, angus assoc or 🌽 growers?

An entire generation of farmers are so addicted to welfare that they can't even realize its still happening. I personally am greatly embarrassed by how accustom so many an ag(especially those in "leadership" positions) have become to the gross amounts of welfare and supports.

I wonder how much of the CO2 increase is from CO2 released from burning CRP? The same burning of CRP that the federal government requires in many contracts and pay the land owner to do.

Anyone hauling logs or hogs today? Seems like the perfect day for it.

I wonder how many are bothered by Canada's smoke filling the sky, but didn't care when it was dirt off of their own fields filling the sky not long ago????

Recently I've seen may comments about low grain prices and income. Meanwhile everyone pushes for max yield. Half the yield at double the price is the same amount of revenue with less expenses. Less freight/storage, likely less inputs. Maybe max income is better than max yield.

There was even a person in the seat that couldn't turn that round thing in front of him to override the autosteer while putting on NH3.

I can't follow the logic when someone says their soil/climate is to dry for cover crops when they also say their soil/climate is to wet to dry out without tillage. I don't disagree that there are places that fall into 1 of these categories, but how can you be both????

Do people realize that you don't have to worry about tariffs impacting the price of items you purchase if you buy products made in the USA with raw materials from the USA by companies from the USA??
