i wish i had an agent to help me book a flight or order food, two activities i often need help with
wow i dont usually buy into the conspiracy but Claude Code is noticeably damaged goods lately. is it actually the summer vacation effect? or do they quantize under load?
Really appreciate the depth at which the Hex team broke down their Text-to-SQL implementation. Everyone's trying to teach LLMs SQL like it's a training problem but it's really a graph traversal problem.
always funny moving from an IDE text area with Tab / copilot to a part of Cursor with no assist (like renaming a file). Feels like accidentally flying into the Slow Zone
everyone posting about their multi-agent LLM workflows, how they get more done using claude for x subtask and o3 for y subtask are just being tricked by forcing themselves to carefully curate / reset context when they switch models
this is marketing alpha that should be gatekept but here it is
you can only come up with concepts like these by staring at the ceiling for literally hours
Holy shit, did you see the Glorp announcement? They're building the future of slop. It's basically the world's first Operating System for glorbs, reimagined for the AI era. And they're just getting started.
years on
influencer marketing: like 5 years ago @itunpredictable tweeted "this mack wheldon shit hits different" or something and he's smart so i bought some. now i've spent like $300 there and every morning i put on underwear and mutter "man this mack weldon shit hits different"
almost unbelievable this story is from 2007 qntm.org/difference
Looks like @im_roy_lee's little app doesn't work anymore. We made a tech interview that @cluely and AI can't do. If you can cheat on it, I will venmo you $3,000. (no joke) comment "assessment" to try and break it. Proof 猬囷笍

After many years of being on 0.x, we've finally shipped the 1.0 of the Modal Python SDK! It took a lot of client changes to get here, but going forward it means a way more stable client interface.
