Today's report by the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (@icai_uk) finds UK asylum costs will take up 20% of the diminished aid budget. Aid was slashed from 0.5% of national income to 0.3%. After domestic refugee costs, just 0.24% of GNI will be left for global development
