Tbh I wouldn’t expected this from standard hotel booked via @bookingcom, but I got exactly the same treatment… When we got into trouble, there was nothing else the “sorry there’s nothing we can do for you” and then ignore.

I’m in Aus trying to have a holiday you total 🤡 Not enough you’ve already robbed £5K and stranded me in KL, now expecting me to spend the rest of my time calling you. Don’t worry, I’ve emailed your CEO and suggests everyone else does the same [email protected]

Ya lo he indicado en varias ocasiones, por X, por email, por teléfono e incluso por WhatsApp. Si hago la reserva a través de @bookingcom, a través de @bookingcom hago la reclamación y sigo esperando el reembolso completo

Ah, but that means you need to know a bit of the html of the real booking. Although gtm is a good sign. The meta tags were a bit simple, but i often see sites where those are overlooked. And the cdm urls look like any other random cdn to me. I wonder if I would've sen it 🤔

@bookingcom doesn't know how to treat its most loyal customers. I need a refund for a disgusting rental that lied in their description & wasn't safe. Had to find another place, & you won't refund because...the owner won't answer your call? That should be a sign right there! Help

@bookingcom bad customer service so far, why is it so difficult to cancel and get a refund for a recent booking I made that was clrearly cancellable and refundable ???!! Incompetence ???? Very sharp in withdrawing money from my credit card.. Prove me wrong and react #booking.com

There are even bots that react to post about Bookin, which area clearly a scam as well. We live in an awful dystopic future 😐

Booking devtools is actually correct, this was a scam page dressed as Booking but easily spotable through the html inspector

Ridiculous. You take the money, provide the service. An agent is a go between in every other industry. In your case you just take the money and run 😡

Vaya tela con @bookingcom mi novio se coge una habitación en una casa en Milan la cual el propietario le dice que se tiene que ir de 11 a 19 no puedes estar, te echa literalmente, y encima desagradable, booking en vez de solucionar y embolsarle pasta le dicen que no, alucino..

@bookingcom el sistema de seguridad que utilizan debe ser mejorado. Me han escrito repetidas veces a través de la app intentando realizar phising y ahora a mi teléfono móvil personal pidiéndome datos bancarios. De quién es la responsabilidad de salvaguardar mis datos ?
