Avoid #aliexpress. Their customer care operators have a clear strategy. They simply want you to get tired of contacting them. In the end, you eventually stop contacting them and you drop your case !! Unacceptable !

Avoid #aliexpress. I contacted Aliexpress customer care in December 2017 and they promise to do something. Each time you contact them, you get chat exchanges like : I am here to help you I understand how you feel I am devoted to solve your issue Bla bla bla
Avoid #aliexpress, I contacted the supplier and he told me to send the item back. Given I paied 20 € for it, there is no way I send it back as the postal cost is 50 € from Belgium. Don't order from #aliexpress
Avoid #aliexpress, I ordered an iPhone6 LCD and it went faulty after 2 months. Both the supplier and Aliexpress would not provide any sort of support or reimbursement. Stay way from it.
