This is my digital painting "restoration" of a lesser-known piece of Sleeping Beauty Castle concept art by the one and only Herb Ryman. It's the home page of Park Lore, and the perfect thing I can contribute to our celebration of this happy place. Happy 70th, Disneyland!

Happy 70th Anniversary, Disneyland! ✨ Julie Andrews once said that Disneyland was "Walt's gift to a weary world," and I believe that is more true now than ever. The world changes - even Walt's small park changes - yet Disneyland remains a stalwart beacon of joy and optimism.

In a span of less than 24 hours the WDF Museum has liked my art, shared said art on their IG story, and started following me. So I’m doing GREAT.
