If you're on Cloudflare, and getting a lot of no-cache hits, I highly recommend Super Page Cache. wordpress.org/plugins/wp-clo… Gray is the previous month, when I had 2.5m dynamic requests, way beyond my host's limits. Orange is after I installed/configured the plugin.
