Hey, @bmj. When are you going to stop platforming blatantly anti science pablum driving clicks? I get this is an opinion piece, but the underlying sources are catastrophically faulty. The authors conflate ME/CFS with idiopathic chronic fatigue and cite their own consensus work.

Any state of the science review of Long Covid pathophysiology that doesn’t include ME and its hallmark constellation of symptoms and signs, PEM/PENE, seems incomplete to me, since a large number of people with Long Covid have signs and symptoms consistent with post Covid ME.
