Does the #velocity of money matter any more? It is the highest level since it fell dramatically into the pandemic. And money supply continues rising - as it does. Nominal GDP = M times V if I remember correctly.

I like #CAD long term and it has made three clear bottoms over the past ten years - but there is a lot of wood to chop to get through these resistance levels. I’d be inclined to be patient here as $USD gains some short term friends.

Toy stocks have been on a roll since the early April lows, even $TOY.TO has played. $HAS is the leader and +4.55% premarket
Other comments include $CNI $CNR.TO trading at a 5-year trough valuation and near a 10-year trough on reduced forward numbers. N.B. in the rails, stocks that aren’t take out candidates may find it hard to compete short term
