Damn, Brian Tully leaking Lindsey Gaetani's phone, under color of law and entirely unredacted despite a litany of different protected materials being included, is shaking things loose all around. Tully only deleted messages from Kate Peter to Lindsey and from Tully to Lindsey.

Ken Mello confirmed in open court that "someone" intentionally handed over an unredacted extraction of Lindsey Gaetani's phone (including pictures of Lindsey giving birth). That person was Brian Tully (who deleted only messages from Tully and Kate Peter before doing so).
