Unironically, this is something crypto fixes. Tokenized shares provide a real-time level of transparency orders of magnitude better than what traditional broker-dealers, transfer agents, and exchanges could ever hope to provide.

been a few weeks now that I joined @eulerfinance, and it looks like I’ll stay in perpetual awe of the team. I haven't come across an idea that hasn't been tried and thought through. For some of them, I even found old repos where they had tried it already. The clarity is insane.
