We raised a $22M Series A and are launching Elicit Reports, a better version of Deep Research for actual researchers. Elicit Reports are available for everyone to try right now, for free. 👇
I've been thinking for a while that clinicaltrials.gov is an underutilized resource. Amazing data on what didn't work, but hard to analyze at scale Now Elicit runs the exact same systematic search > screening > data extraction > report flow we have for papers on trials!
Clinical Trials are live on Elicit 🎊 You can now search through the 545,000 trials available on clinicaltrials.gov and summarize them in structured tables or descriptive reports. New trial registrations are instantly available.
Been working on this for a while, super excited to see it live! Near the start of the year, I committed to making Elicit’s data source access best in class, and after the Chrome Extension this is the second major public launch as part of that

Elicit is robust to this because it evaluates "quality" and "relevance" based on the methodology of the paper (e.g. sample size, study design, type of statistical analysis) and doesn't give open-ended, subjective takes on quality. We generally want to move away from lossy…
When I used to do more academic research @elicitorg was always incredible
I haven't tried this but if Elicit alert relevance level is similar to undermind alerts (and it probably is if they using LLM to judge relevance), these alerts will indeed be qualitatively better than the usual alerts you get from Google Scholar etc.
Today we introduce Elicit Alerts, a new way to stay informed about relevant research with AI.
The seed of this idea came from a hack-week back in March. Engineers planted it, tended it, and harvested it—all the way from prototype to GA. If you too enjoy the mild panic of total ownership: elicit.com/careers
