Having watched the Town Square of Twitter go to hell, the logical next step would be to stick around and hope to see it healed.
Yet again, no idea. It’s his stock answer, his catchphrase, his modus operandi. No idea Nige.
Farage: “I have absolutely no idea” if Laura Anne Jones will become the Senedd leader and candidate for FM. Suggests long way to go to May next year
Corporate wankers cancel British comedy calendar event.. Funniest joke award "paused"... "as our commissioning focus evolves" so U&Dave can "reflect on how we continue to support comedy in the best way possible." Whoever wrote that - hang your media suit in shame.

The train station for one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, in the largest economy on the planet.
Bus geek moment.. @TfL SL8 route (aka Ealing to Westfield for most!) Volvo/MCVEvoSeti WORST 'Stop' sound. Instead of usual "ding" (eg. on 207) it's a shrill buzz like a delivery rider scooter horn Plays upstairs even when pressed downstairs EVERY press, not just once per stop
“Billionaires don’t get their £ from their work. They get their £ from their assets….their assets are HERE.” Don’t believe the hype. The rich can threaten to leave all they want, but what they own will still be here. Tax the rich, whether they like it or not. @garyseconomics
I remember when I first saw user:pass@ appear in the clear within the URL on a log.. utterly bonkers
Remember when we used to FTP files directly to production? And unencrypted telnet. Passwords in the clear. Good times.
🚨 BREAKING 🚨 @BrewDog have announced that they are closing 10 flagship bars from Aberdeen to Camden, as soon as THIS FRIDAY! In what universe is 3 DAYS a morally (or legally) acceptable notice period for a proper redundancy consultation for the workers impacted?!
British culture is famously about exemplary behaviour when abroad.
People seem very violently inclined today... please only post sensible comments to this account. The hot weather seems to be impacting common sense... I was on the M25 yesterday and it was mayhem too. Too many seem at boiling point. You hesitate to post daily observations now...
I do now suspect that it's the only way the country will be 'cured' of Farage. By putting him in a position where it's all down to him to fix.
The only way to get rid of these clowns is to see them fail abysmally and very publicly while all their decision are scrutinised - let him have his 15 minutes of fame
Even a post literally about shit gets turned into a "whatabout cyclists?".
most do? in my view too many signs .. I’m concerned about speeding motorcycles ( masked drivers ) electric bikes & cycles on narrow promenade, & pavements & grass -getting dangerous - other places have signs asking cyclists to dismount - eg Westgate ( much wider too ! )…
Has anyone blamed it on cycle lanes yet?
If we can no longer afford the state pension, what have they done with all the National Insurance money?
This is too reasonable for you to even dignify with an answer, right Kirstie?
We have the highest WFH in Europe, and I know so many young people who are only in the office a couple of days a month.
Just saw a bike go into the back of a Tesla. Not sure if I should upload a photo.
If your best comment about Jean Charles de Menezes on the anniversary of the death of this innocent man is.. "in war errors occur" I don't think you know what "in good faith" means.
Meanwhile "Police made a mistake, his family were paid compensation, in war errors occur" ..is just about the standard for X commentary on what happened. Along with "if he hadn't been here, he wouldn't have been shot". x.com/Huriye/status/…
Your lack of response to all the comments makes me wonder if you have paused to think better about what is "fundamentally unsafe", Cllr Daniel.
These bus stops have long struck me as fundamentally unsafe.
