It is time to exempt sixplexes from development charges on a citywide basis.
I recently received a change order quote that seemed high. So I went directly to a supplier (the one recommended in our engineering report). Supply-only price was 10% of the original quote.

Toronto’s “traffic czar” is doomed to fail. It’s a car-centric solution to a much broader mobility problem.
This is my friend’s dad’s favorite restaurant. When he’s in Toronto, he conducts most of his business meals here. One of the reasons for this is the round table. Everyone is equal. He sees it as the perfect format for collaboration.

Toronto should take this idea and adapt it to our climate.
