Justice demands courage. For the first time, the Department of Justice is reaching out to Ghislaine Maxwell to ask: what do you know? At @AGPamBondi’s direction, I’ve contacted her counsel. I intend to meet with her soon. No one is above the law—and no lead is off-limits.

I'm pretty proud of this: sdfla.blogspot.com/2025/07/happy-…
Yes I said it on the air (with @greta): Freak-o isn't RICO. What a huge win for the defense!
An absolutely outrageous decision. The judge has ruled against the defense from day 1 of this trial. But when you're acquitted of all the top counts, you should get bail.
Judge: I've read the parties submissions and others. The jury convicted the defendant of Counts 3 and 5. For the following reasons, bail is denied.
Paramount settled a $16 million lawsuit with President Trump after he claimed an interview on 60 Minutes with Kamala Harris was deceptively edited. 1A advocates are not happy, to say the least. My story: politico.com/news/2025/07/0…
How is this constitutional?
Judge: I ask the media not to question jurors about their deliberations. Jurors, you can contact our chambers. You gave up a lot, these 10 weeks. It is inspiring. You worked together, rain or shine. You answered the call of public service, that should give us hope
The prosecutors have, as they always do, taken the most extreme view of the guidelines. For example, they include the enhancement for obstruction of justice. That's a really tough enhancement to get. I'm sure his guidelines will end up significantly lower.
"Accordingly, based only on the preliminary calculations set forth above, the defendant’s Guidelines range is at least 51 to 63 months’ imprisonment."
Crazy to think that prosecutors believe that jury verdicts for the defense mean that justice is elusive.
Rough days for prosecutors. Karen Read goes free, and now a jury sides with Diddy over Cassie and Jane. Meanwhile, Bryan Kohberger gets spared the death penalty over the objections of some victims’ families. Justice in 2025 is elusive.
