It's worth remembering that according to the Journal, Musk was right. That means Trump confided in him, which I doubt; or it means the fact is common knowledge through a certain level of government. The Journal hints at the latter.
Armstrong and Aldrin need no introduction. On July 21 I often think of Michael Collins, out of contact with Earth for 48 minutes per hour, scrutinizing the far side of the Moon, feeling no fear but "something like exultation."
I would like to express my fondness for that particular beer.
Good news: Wrigley Field DAY BASEBALL today! Bad news: The fine fans of Chicago & Boston drank all the Old Style tallboys we had (and we had a lot). May we recommend a cold can of @dick_nixon recommended Schlitz for you today?
I saw the Pope speak about the attack on the Catholic parish in Gaza. He appeared furious, all the more so in restraint.
The Brewers are playing as well as anybody at the moment, and they are playing tough, fundamental baseball. If you enjoy the old ways there is something there for you, and if you face them you can never rest easy.
Brown is the only one to listen to on this, but for what it's worth I've also heard it. I mean it circumstantially makes sense if you know anything about Murdoch - look what he did to Whitlam - but I've also heard it in the background.
I heard this too.
You have to wonder if they didn't fire Maurene Comey because they found or suspected she was leaking. If it wasn't her then it's someone on that level.
He is going to war with Murdoch? Have I read that right? That is what he is doing?
I can tell you that no matter what you think, there are a lot of things that haven’t leaked by now.
Say Trump never touched Epstein's girls. I don't know if he did or not, but say it. There is still the possibility Epstein lent him money. Circumstantially it makes sense; banks were not exactly inclined to take his calls.
In regards to Epstein, it doesn't look good, and I say that with no speculation about him. You have people who feel they've been had, and others who hold them in contempt apart from their votes. One day Trump won't be around to shake his fist anymore. They'll kill each other.
It was both a lot of fun and it filled me with dread, because you know how Manfred gets ideas.
At the risk of angering baseball fundamentalists, I'll quietly say that I loved the swing-off at the end of a tied All-Star Game and applaud MLB for coming up with it.
