Proud to share our study in @ResearchSleep! we found that changing the timing of eating can affect #sleep. Pts with #obesity and preDM who adopted an early time-restricted eating (#TRE) pattern increased sleep duration and shifted sleep timing to earlier. doi.org/10.1093/sleep/…
