Going through a box of old Simpsons stuff and just found these two notes left by Conan on our office door when we weren't there. I believe these are from that forgotten, kinda crazy time between Seasons 4 & 5 when we, Conan and Dan McGrath were the only writers for a few months!

I had the pleasure -- and it was always a pleasure! -- to work with the late @TheAlfClausen 3 times! He scored ALF (name is destiny), was a godsend on @TheSimpsons, and so of course he was our only choice for The Critic. Geniuses aren't supposed to be this nice!
Alf Clausen was a genius, as was this entire scene*, thanks to his musical score! (*Except maybe the dog bit...)
