STOP DRIBBLING IN ONE SPOT Playing off the catch is simple. On the catch it’s Shot, DRIVE, or pass. If you see space and choose to drive- that drive is downhill towards the rim. If you can’t shoot it or drive, then move the ball and keep the offense moving.

Big Z convinced his mom to rush him home to catch our 8 PM game on Saturday night! Was happy he made it, and thought across our last three games, he really made an impact. He just keeps stacking days and getting better. Work ethic and just showing up is paying off!

Soon to be one of the names to know from the Twin Ports! Tough downhill scorer. Great on ball defender. You’ll also notice that he’s built quite a comfort from outside after a very successful freshman year at Esko! Look for a big sophomore varsity season this coming year.

Brooks has been a force all year. Can score in every way possible, and most importantly- can get into his shot without anything more than a dribble or two. Always seems to make the right play. Leads us in scoring almost every game. Oh, and he’s been one of our best defenders.

Today in 2011 an epic blast happened. Jim Thome scared Delmon with a HR measured at 490 feet…that may be inflated a little (10-25 ft). Still one of the great HRs in Target Field history!

I always love when kids want to stay after our workouts! I also loved listening to the conversation between the different ages (1 senior, 1 sophomore, and the rest 8th graders). This is how we are going to build our program in “The Ville” through relationships and hard work!
