It’s so crazy how Where are the Black Girls is almost a year old and has aged so well. Hollywood is proving time and time again that they don’t care about casting black girls. They tried to fight me but I ended up being right.

i would say black creatives will cast us bit they aren’t even get their shit made so we’re just all fucked.
nobody loved their kids more than the pretty little liar’s parents. i mean genuinely their girls couldve asked them to hide a body and they wouldve done it partially out of guilt for their own lies but still definitely out of love.
but we (cause i do this too) also need to stop expecting franchises, directors, studios who notoriously have been majority white to wake up and suddenly be champions of diversity. they’re not doing that.
