Forging Better NFL Athletes 🐊
You are totally replaceable at your coaching job. You are NOT replaceable at home. Remember that perspective when you’re thinking about “balance”.
Some of the best S&C coaches in the country are at your local high school.
What’s a coaching opinion you have that would have people like this?

Learned a long time ago the importance of staff cleaning from Coach Jackson : Reminds you no job is too big Reminds you that you are part of a team Reminds you that it’s up to us to take care of us #team #clean
14 years of collaborating with some great S&C coaches. Thank You!! #MyXAnniversary

Love seeing young players that LOVE the process. Maybe I’m the old dude now.. OK. But many players love the STUFF the game brings. It’s really HARD to be a great OL and not be in love with the process. The trenches expose you. Keep at it @ParisJohnsonJr #OhioBoys #RaisedRight 💪🏾

Strength matters... Stronger athletes respond quicker & more specifically to ballistic & jump training. BUT: Without continued heavy strength work, the decay of force-producing capabilities likely limited improvements after 5 weeks.
AI is a powerful tool for S&C coaches, but it won’t replace the human element of coaching. The future of coaching lies in the integration of AI to enhance and expand coaching practices, while maintaining the core values of human connection, empathy, and personalized support.
